Siam, Siamese belonging to Rutherford B. Hayes. A gift from the American Consul in Bangkok. Siam was the first Siamese cat to reach the United States 1878..

Carlyle, Siamese given to Fred Astaire by Kim Novak. Astaire named the cat after Novak's character in that film, The Notorious Landlady.

Gorgo, Siamese belonging to Franklin Zappa.

Marcus, Siamese belonging to James Dean,  gift from Elizabeth Taylor.  

Nemo, Seal point Siamese belonging to PM Harold Wilson. (UK); used to accompany the Wilsons on holiday.

Samson, Siamese belonging to Former World Heavyweight Champion Frank Bruno.

Cindy Williams of Laverne and Shirley, owned a Blue Point Siamese.

Vivian Leigh adored  Siamese cats. Boy and Poo Jones were two of several Siamese cats that Vivien owned in her various homes. Poo Jones, her Siamese, was near her side when she passed away.
