We are a small cattery raising all of our kittens underfoot and lovingly socializing them for their forever homes. We offer some of the most beautiful and sought after Traditional Siamese and Balinese kittens in United States. Kittens leave home tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated, parasite treated and come with a Health Contract. Our goal at Siamese Royalty is to raise high-end, low coefficient, imported bloodlines which produce greater genetic diversity than typically found in United States.

Welcome to Siamese Royalty

We would like to welcome you to our website. I began my love for the Traditional Old-Style Siamese many years ago when I was a young girl living in Australia. Although, we are originally from the Australia we have called the United States our “home” for some time now. I was first introduced to my first Siamese at the age of twelve. After acquiring a number Siamese cats as a result of a debit that our neighbor breeder friend owed my mother, during that time some of our queens littered kittens, this exposed me to the whole birthing and the breeding process.

Our Goals

Siamese Royalty is a small CFF, TICA & ACA registered home based cattery located in central-southern Illinois. Our cats are our beloved pets and integrated into all members of our family. Siamese Royalty Kittens and cats are loved and supervised daily. Since I do not work outside the home our kittens and cats are cared for throughout the day, underfoot, and are almost never left alone at any given time. All Siamese Royalty Kittens have learned to be tolerant towards young children. Our four children, who have all been taught how to handle kittens appropriately, interact with the kittens on a daily basis. Qualities of our breeding program are based on producing quality, soundness, health, good temperament and balance. Even though breeding Traditional Old Style Siamese cats is not our business but rather a hobby, there is a lot involved in becoming a good responsible breeder, and in doing so we take our responsibilities as breeders very seriously. Our guiding principles makes it of paramount importance to the dedicating, preserving, protecting, perpetuating, and promoting of the Traditional Siamese cat. Currently I am registered with of ACA (Cat Fanciers Association), CFF (Cat Fanciers Federation), and a member of CFC (Chocolate Cat Fanciers) and OSSI (Old Style Siamese International) Our breeders are tested for the Heartworn & FeLV-FIV regularly every year.

Waiting List

Seldom are kittens available immediately upon request. For this reason we have a “Waiting List” for our kittens. The waiting process will vary depending upon your kitten preference. For example, if we were unable to match your kitten preference from a current litter, you will need to wait for the next litter born. On the contrary, if you have no preference to color or gender, you will have a greater chance to adopt a kitten earlier, often ahead of others in the waiting list. Occasionally buyers want to purchase a kitten on the spot for a special event (Valentine’s Day, Surprise present, Christmas present, Birthday, Mother’s Day etc). Even Though I always do my very best to accommodate, I take the kitten adoption process very seriously. In order to utilize my experience and expertise to help match kittens with responsible owners, I need time to work through a protocol that facilitates the matching objective. It is very different from simply walking into a store and selecting an item displayed on a department shelf.

Picking up your kittens

The kittens will be ready, unless otherwise, to go to their new homes around 10 weeks. You will need to bring a pet carrier with you, preferably brand new. You may, however, use a carefully cleaned disinfected old carrier. Please be sure to place bedding inside the pet carrier. If you intend to drive for more than three hours, we recommend that you bring a small litter box along. As a courtesy, we will be happy to provide a small amount of litter that your kitten is currently using.

The pick-up date and time has to be scheduled by us, bearing in mind your availability also. We ask that you be respectful in keeping the time your appointment was originally made. If for some reason you’re running late, we kindly asked that you contact us to keep us updated with your progress, as we often have several appointments scheduled back to back on the same day. For this reason, we prefer to have adequate time set aside for you, as we want to provide you with our undivided attention at the time of your visit. Please be mindful of other families who may also be picking their kitten on the same day as your visit. Special Notes: To avoid cancellation of Kitten adoption, please be sure to be available on the date that your kitten(s) is scheduled to be pick up. If you are unavailable to pick up your kitten(s) on the due date, please confirm this information before the kitten adoption process begins. Notwithstanding, a boarding fee will apply if your kitten(s) is held in my care for extended days/weeks passed the pick up date.

Shipping

Although shipping is still available to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one of our kittens, due to new changes made by the Department of Agriculture, regulations for pet breeders who intend to ship a live animal has been somewhat interrupted. For our safety, ALL completion of sales must take place face to face. If you are unsure as to what this means, please ask me when you contact me.

Returns

As a result of our careful kitten adoption process, we only place our kittens into permanent homes, no exceptions. Please understand that kittens are not like purchasing certain items that can be returned on a “trial basis”. They are living beings with souls that can be damaged for life. Adopting a kitten is more like adopting a child, not like purchasing a merchandise. One has to be fully committed and prepared to face all of the responsibilities that come with having a kitten/cat. We encourage all our Buyers to think very careful before purchasing a kitten from us.
